I use it for stretching and strengthening exercises and I find that when I have an overview of my week like the habit tracker has, I’m more likely to stick to it!“
I have been using the Convention and Competition Planners to help me stay organized so I don’t t forget anything and it helps me with what classes I have on each day. Lately I have been using the Dance Routines template, especially for my solo. It helps me write down what corrections I need to focus on and what I need to do to fix them.
